Breaking News: 1.6 billion square meters! SEMCORP Yuxi Separator Project Started

On July 19th, the groundbreaking ceremony of SEMCORP Yuxi’s 1.6 billion square meters separator project was held. Zhou Yong, Member of the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Yuxi Municipal Party Committee, Deng Hao, Member of the Standing Committee of Municipal Committee and Secretary of Hongta District Committee, Yunnan Province, Liu Gang, Deputy Mayor, and other leaders, as well as Li Xiaoming, Chairman of SEMCORP, Li Xiaohua, Vice Chairman, Duan Linqiang, General Manager of the Film Division, attended the event.

The event was attended by leaders from Yuxi City, Yuxi High-Tech Zone, Hongta District, and other relevant departments of the city and district, as well as Vice President Pang Qizhi, Assistant to the President Huang Jianglan, representatives from SEMCORP’s subsidiaries, and project construction units, etc.

The SEMCORP Yuxi separator production project has a total investment of about 4.5 billion yuan, covers an area of about 485 acres, and plans to build 1.6 billion square meters of separator production line, which will be implemented in two phases. The first phase involves an investment of 2.4 billion yuan and an annual output of 800 million square meters of separator; the second phase will cost 2.1 billion yuan and will produce 800 million square meters of separator per year.
