National Recognition! SEMCORP Shanghai Awarded the 2023 "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" Title.

Shanghai SEMCORP, a subsidiary of SEMCORP Group, has been awarded the title of "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" for the year 2023, as listed in the Announcement on the Evaluation Results of 2023 National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises and Model Enterprises recently published by China National Intellectual Property Administration.

The "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" refers to companies that belong to the key industries prioritized by the national and local governments. These enterprises are capable of undertaking significant industrial development projects at the national and regional levels. They possess overall strength in intellectual property through development of independent intellectual property, are actively engaged in intellectual property protection and utilization, and have established comprehensive intellectual property management systems and mechanisms.

In recent years, SEMCORP has been committed to the research and industrialization of high-end lithium battery separator materials. The company has undertaken numerous national key research and development projects, national industrial base enhancement initiative, and major technology transformation projects. SEMCORP has previously received honors such as the "Intellectual Property Management System Certification," "Shanghai Patent Work Pilot Enterprise," and "Shanghai Patent Work Demonstration Enterprise."
